Versace Small Snap Out of It Bag, Handbag of the Day

One of Versace's newer bags, the Small Snap Out of It Bag, is simply adorable, as far as handbags go. The miniature duffle measures 9.75" x 7.5" and is 4.25" wide at base, but tapers up to the top zip closure. It is made of white patent leather and accented with mirrored studs and silver hardware. The logo plaque on the front of the bag has the image of Medusa on it. Inside, the bag is lined in satin and has several pockets. Price: $1,295.

Eames Mesh Managment Chair

Style and functionality come together easily in the Eames Managment Chair. Designed in 1958, when the word "ergonomic" was young and rarely used outside of research papers, its lightweight and body-hugging form was ahead of its time. The thin mesh backing is self-contouring and flexible, for "even weight distribution and long-term comfort." The mesh-backed chair is available in three colors, but the design is also available with other materials and in other colors at different price points. Price (for mesh): $1,188.

River Stone Gas Fire Pit

A fire pit is one of the best outdoor accessories you can have on a cool night, whether you want to cozy up to it with a loved one or gather around it with friends. Pits that use real wood have an authentic feel to them, but the smell and smoke often keep people away, rather than inviting them in . The River Stone Gas Fire Pit has the look of a real wood-burning fire pit, but is powered by gas and turns on a roaring blaze (40,000 BTUs of heat) with the touch of a button. The aluminum frame and fiberglass body require no maintenance and make the fire pit safe for all types of yards, patios and decks. Price: $800.

Ethel's Chocolate Cocktail Lounge Collection

If you haven't heard yet, gourmet chocolateir Ethel M has undergone a face-lift and revamped their entire chocolate line. Now called Ethel's Chocolate Lounge, the long-time favorite of visitors to Las Vegas, where the company was based, is offering an trendier take on chocolate to their customers. The Cocktail Collection is one of the new assortments. It includes flavors like Mojito, Margarita and Chocolapolitan, with real rum, brandy, champagne and other liquors used to make them. Each one is decorated with a tiny graphic representing the cocktail within. Price: $27 for 24 pieces.

Cloud Shelving System

The modular Cloud Shelving Unit not only looks cloud-like, but is as light as a feather compared to most other shelving units. It is made of high-density polystyrene and comes in four colors, including the white pictured above. It was designed by Ronan & Erwan Bouroullec in 2004 with the idea that the extensions of the unit would be limitless, as the circular pieces could be added on to almost infinitely. Each individual unit measures 73.8" x 15.75" x 41.4". Price: $781 each.

Waste Poufs

Benjamin Mordoh, from WASTE, is responsible for the design of the large durable Poufs. Each beanbag chair/pillow is made from discarded automotive upholstery, which Mordoh retrieves from the manufacturers, not from the dumpster. The material makes the poufs eco-friendly, in addition to giving them a uniquely luxurious look and feel. They are handmade in Barcelona and are resistant to light, humidity and temperature, as well as non-flammable and easy to clean. Price: €215 ($285).

Personal Madame Tussauds Wax Figure

It always makes the gossip blogs when a different celebrity gets their own wax figure at Madame Tussauds. Unless you're a celebrity, however, odds are that you're not likely to make it into the main collection any time soon. But that doesn't mean that you can't have your own likeness sculpted from wax, should you be interested in such a thing. You can order a custom Wax Figure from Madame Tussauds for only £150,000 ($291,000). The sculpture takes a team of twenty people 4 months to complete and the price includes all the sittings needed to obtain accurate measurements in the Madame Tussauds London studio.

Lambertson Truex Sandy Tote, Handbag of the Day

Made of white, pebbled leather, the Lambertson Truex Sandy Tote is anything but sandy looking, but its clear sides give it a decidedly beachy feel. Brightly colored towels or books would give the bag color and brightness, and beach accessories are much more appropriate for clear bags than everyday wallets, keys and mobile phones are. The bag measures 12"H X 18"L X 5"W and has double shoulder straps and protective feet. The top is open, but there is a small flap closure in the center. The tote also comes with a detachable zippered pouch for storing small valuables and/or keys. Price: $445.

Kate Spade Copenhagen Classic Umbrella

The weather this winter has been extreme, shifting from hot to freezing in just days and either bucketing rain, sleet and snow or remaining dust-dry. Those of use with the hot, dry weather didn't have much use for umbrellas over the past couple of weeks, but spring could still bring some showers, right? The bright colors of Kate Spade's Copenhagen Classic Umbrella make it a perfect choice for keeping those warmish, gentle rains away, though it is substantial enough to hold off a downpour, as well. Price: $95.

L.A.M.B. Love Pavia Hobo, Handbag of the Day

The Love Pavia Hobo from Gwen Stefani's L.A.M.B. line is not your typical hobo-type bag. In fact, it looks more like a garden-variety purse (or shoulder bag, as some might say) than anything else. That being said, it is a nice looking bag. It features a body made of smooth, white leather that is accented with navy blue velvet. The clasp, charms and chain links on the shoulder strap are all of gold-tone metal, as are the protective feet on the bottom of the bag. It measures 13" x 8" x 4". Price: $650.

Bronnikov Bone Watch

Metals - steel, gold, platinum and a score of others - are the most popular materials for watch-making these days, but that was not always the case. In the past, there were some designers who liked to push the limits of their technical capabilities by making watches out of more unusual materials, such as wood or bone. The Bronnikov Bone Watch is one of only about 250 surviving bone watches made by the Russian Bronnikov family in the mid 1800's. The only parts that are not made of bone are the main-spring, balance-spring and pivots. It measures 50mm across and is valued at over $25,000.

Devi Kroell Crystal Wooden Clutch, Handbag of the Day

From designer Devi Kroell, you can get a clutch that is decidedly different from any you'll find elsewhere. The Crystal Wooden Clutch is made in Italy of smooth, high-gloss wood and measures just 5 1/4" x 3 1/2" x 1 1/2". Each clutch snaps closed at the top with a jeweled clasp, which matches the Swarovski crystals embedded in the body of the clutch. The arrangement of the crystals varies and the three finishes are Ebony, Nut and Ebony-Hamptons Edition (pictured). Price: $1390.

Surevolution Leather Hammock

Hammocks are not evolving quickly in terms of their design, but just because the style is the same, it doesn't mean that the material has to be. Instead of cotton or nylon, hammock fans can relax in the soft cradle of Surevolution's Leather Hammock. It is bright red and decorated with fringe along each side, in a style that is, according to its description, popular in the Andean highlands. A carrying case is included so it can be stored easily. It measures 40" x 82", not including the ties. Price: $1,500.

Maui Jim Titanium Elite Paradise Sunglasses

Sporty sunglasses don't have to have huge, thick frames or an ultra-futuristic look, and it's a relief to everyone looking for more subtle glasses to wear during outdoor activities. Maui Jim's Titanium Elite Paradise Sunglasses are lightweight, with thin titanium frames and proprietary Maui Evolution lenses to block the glare on the golf course or anywhere else you might be out and about. The style is unisex, with a balanced design that will flatter men without looking bulky on women. Price: $269.
